Established in 1985, ASA Industries has been a leading manufacturer of electrical stamping, die casted rotor and sheet metal components for electrical appliances. We specialize in progressive die stamping, aluminium die casting, and precision tooling.
Our expertise spans across manufacturing components for single phase induction motors, brushless DC motors, universal motors, and shaded pole motors. As a trusted stamping manufacturer, we serve clients across India with our advanced lamination stamping process.
Manufacturing Excellence
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities house cutting-edge equipment including power presses ranging from 125 Ton to 360 Ton, and die casting machines from 80 Ton to 250 Ton locking capacity.
We excel in progressive die stamping with capabilities like continuous feed, fast die set-up times, SPM up to 350, auto stitch and auto skew, producing various geometries in a single unit with minimal process lead time.
